Olivia brings over 7 years of experience as a Paralegal, specialising in Real Estate, including residential lender sales and commercial property. As a Trainee Solicitor focusing on residential property, she assists clients throughout the conveyancing process, handling sales, purchases, and leases. Olivia reviews and drafts documents, addresses client inquiries, liaises with third parties such as estate agents and mortgage lenders, and ensures all legal requirements are met for smooth transactions.

She holds an LLB degree, has completed SQE1, and is currently undertaking her master’s while preparing for SQE2. Outside of work, Olivia is an animal lover with two Bengal cats and a Ridgeback, Zula. She enjoys hiking with Zula, having conquered Snowdon, and plans to tackle Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis. When the weather permits, she also enjoys paddleboarding and spending time on the water.

Anastasia is the Head of Property at Heppenstalls Solicitors, specialising in both residential and commercial property transactions. Having trained in both areas, she initially focused on commercial leasehold matters before expanding into a diverse caseload. She combines in-depth legal knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. Before qualifying as a solicitor, Anastasia competed in gymnastics for Team GB, an experience that instilled discipline, precision, and resilience - qualities she brings to her legal work. Beyond her career, she is passionate about fitness and competes in CrossFit, as well as coaching gymnastics and CrossFit training.
