Offering client services to a mainly local clientele from its offices located in New Milton and Lymington. Heppenstalls carry out often high-value and complex work for long-established clients. The ideal candidate for this role will possess previous experience in leading and growing a private client department or has the skills and desire to do so. You will be comfortable liaising with colleagues and clients whilst communicating concisely both verbally and in writing. You will be able to support and develop talent internally and know how to train and manage staff.

You should be able to take instructions and deal with clients in a manner that is both professional and empathetic. You will have a positive attitude, able to work to tight deadlines, and deal with a high work volume with good attention to detail and strong IT skills.

It is an advantage to have a full, clean driving licence, and should have insurance to travel for work purposes.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess previous experience in growing a commercial property caseload and dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters, including,  acquisition and disposal of commercial property, commercial leases, property finance, and landlord and tenant matters.

You should be able to take instructions and deal with clients in a manner that is both professional and empathetic. You will have a positive attitude, able to work to tight deadlines, and deal with a high work volume with good attention to detail and strong IT skills.
