Olivia is a Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential property, bringing over 8 years of experience in the sector. She has a strong background in real estate, including residential lender sales and commercial property.
In her role, Olivia manages all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and commercial matters. Her work includes reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and manging enquires, while maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors throughout each transaction to ensure all legal requirements are met for a smooth completion.
Olivia is passionate about providing a friendly, approachable service and is committed to making the conveyancing process as smooth as possible for her clients, whether that’s keeping clients updated and answering questions promptly, or celebrating with them on completion day.
Olivia holds a Law LLB (Hons) and has successfully completed SQE1, as well as SQE Plus with the University of Law. She also holds a Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice.
Olivia is also a member of the firms Workplace Social Committee, helping organise events, team activities and opportunities to bring colleagues together.
Outside the office, you’ll usually find Olivia out on a paddleboard, walking her dog, spending time with her cats, curled up with her Kindle, or making the most of the sunshine whenever it makes an appearance.
