Alex has been with Heppenstalls Solicitors throughout her entire career and is proud to serve as the firm’s Managing Director. She works from both the New Milton and Lymington offices as a private client solicitor, advising clients on a wide range of services, including wills, tax planning, powers of attorney, trusts, deputyships, and elderly client care. Alex is also a qualified Notary Public, handling documents required for overseas use, which adds an interesting aspect to her work.
Alex is passionate about community engagement and is always happy to “reach out” to local community associations, offering talks and advice on topical issues. This reflects Heppenstalls’ strong ethos of community support and its commitment to making a positive impact locally.
Outside of her professional life, Alex has been involved with many local organisations, including serving as a school governor, trustee of the Memorial Hall, Honorary Advisor to the CAB, and director of the Lymington Chamber of Trade. She was also actively involved with the Bournemouth & District Law Society, serving as Honorary Secretary for over 15 years, then as President – an honour she holds in high regard.
Currently, Alex focuses her additional community activities on her role as a Director of the New Forest Agricultural Show Society and Honorary Legal Advisor to the local Residents’ Association.
