Only 40% of UK population have a Will

According to the survey done by Perry’s, a London Accountancy firm, only 40% of the UK population have a Will.

Are you one of the 40% and if so I wonder how old that Will is and whether it still fulfils your wishes?

If you are one of the 60% who do not have a Will are you one of the 10% of people who don’t know how to go about getting a Will drafted? According to the article in The Times Brief written after the survey you may not know how to go about making a Will.

Luckily, we know how to help you – our friendly, helpful staff can walk you through the process of making a Will. We will turn legal jargon into understandable language and draft you a Will that will ensure that your wishes are carried out on your death.

Do you think that you are too young to make a Will? It is never too early or too late to consider making a Will, if you have any asset however small you will want to ensure that it goes to the people you care about the most – not how the law will dictate in the event that you die without a Will.

If we can help you in any way either to make your first ever Will or to review and existing Will then please do not hesitate to contact us at Lymington 01590 689500 or New Milton 01425 610078.
