We would like to welcome and introduce to you, two new members to the Heppenstalls Private Client Team.

Nicola Davies joins us at the Lymington Offices as a Graduate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate practitioners.

Nicola can advise on Will drafting, the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and advice on the role of an attorney, obtaining Grants of probate, trust matters and Inheritance Tax advice.

Julia Honeywill also joins the Lymington Team as Solicitor in Private Client with over 12 years’ experience.

Julia can advise on Will drafting, the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, estate administration and obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration.
