Following last year’s successful launch of the NewBiz Young Employee of The Year competition, this year saw the launch of the complementary award of NewBiz Employer of The Year. The winners were announced at a gala dinner at the East Close Hotel on 22 November 2017.

Employees were asked to nominate their employers for providing an outstanding place to work.

We saw our very own Alex Jennings nominated for the Employer of the Year Award and she made it through to the Final Ceremony.

Sadly she was pipped to the post by Neil Stevenson of Double H Nurseries, but we still think she is a winner!
