Remortgaging a property is where the owner changes from one lender to another, paying off the old mortgage from the proceeds of the new one. When you receive your mortgage offer we shall submit all necessary searches, liaise with your existing lender, provide you with a report explaining the terms of the new mortgage offer and the legal charge document, obtain the mortgage funds, redeem your old mortgage, account to you for the balance of the funds and register the change of mortgage at the Land Registry. We will provide you with a straightforward and stress-free service throughout the process.
